These terms apply to this website and to Korvia licences and trials. Custom projects and team subscriptions may be covered by a separate agreement, which then takes priority.
1. Provider
Korvia is provided by Peerfluence Marketing Pvt. Ltd., 3-7-60/3, Road No. 2, Sri Sai Nagar Colony, L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad 500074, Telangana, India ("we", "us"). Contact: korviaworks@gmail.com.
2. This website
The content of this website is for general information about Korvia. Descriptions, prices and features shown here are not a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order or sign an agreement with you. Features marked "early access" or "coming soon" are still being developed and may change.
3. Free trial
You can try Korvia free of charge for 14 days. No payment details are required. At the end of the trial, you can buy a licence to keep using Korvia. Projects you created during the trial remain on your device.
4. Licences and plans
Korvia Solo
A one-time payment gives you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one person to use Korvia Solo. It includes updates for 12 months from purchase. After that, Korvia keeps working, and you may renew updates for a fee.
Korvia Team
Korvia Team is offered as a yearly subscription per user and is currently in early access. Scope, pricing and any founding-partner discount are confirmed in writing when you join.
Korvia Custom
Workshops, configuration and rollout services are provided under an individual quote or agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You may use Korvia for your own business and projects. You may not resell, sublicense, rent or distribute Korvia; remove copyright or brand notices; reverse engineer the software except where the law allows it; or use Korvia for anything unlawful.
6. Your data
Korvia Solo stores your projects locally in your browser. You own your data and are responsible for regular backups using the project file export. Clearing your browser data may delete projects that have not been exported. See our privacy policy for details.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes such as GST or VAT, which are added where required. Payment is processed by the payment provider named at checkout.
8. Refunds
Because you can test Korvia free for 14 days before buying, licence fees are generally non-refundable. This does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer, including withdrawal rights under the law of your country. If Korvia does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
9. Intellectual property
Korvia, including its software, design, name and logo, is owned by Peerfluence Marketing Pvt. Ltd. and protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a licence does not transfer ownership.
10. Warranty and liability
We build Korvia with care but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Korvia is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data that could have been prevented by regular backups.
These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, in particular for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer protection rules.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction for businesses. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version that applies to you is the one in force when you bought your licence or signed your agreement.
