In short: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party fonts or trackers. We only process your data to deliver the website and to answer you when you contact us. Projects you create in Korvia Solo stay on your own device.

1. Who is responsible

2. Visiting this website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) via Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data that your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and protect it against attacks.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data in the USA. Transfers are safeguarded by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. More information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools or advertising networks. Fonts are stored on our own site, so no requests are made to Google Fonts or other font services.

3. Contact form, demo requests and waitlists

When you use our contact form, request a demo, apply for early access or join the Korvia AI waitlist, we process the information you enter: name, email address, company, team size, your area of interest and your message.

Your submission is transmitted by the form service Web3Forms and delivered to our email inbox, which is provided by Google (Gmail). Both providers may process data outside India and the EU, including in the USA, under their own safeguards.

• Purpose: to answer your request, arrange a demo, and inform you when early access or Korvia AI becomes available.
• Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For waitlists, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
• Retention: we delete enquiries no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows or the law requires longer storage. Waitlist entries are deleted when you unsubscribe or when the waitlist ends.

4. Your projects in Korvia

Korvia Solo stores all project data locally in your browser on your device. This data is not sent to us, and we have no access to it. You are in full control and can export or delete it at any time. If we offer team or cloud features in future, we will update this policy before they go live.

5. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, including the GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• have incorrect data corrected and data erased
• restrict or object to processing
• receive your data in a portable format
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing
• lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the country where you live

6. Security

This website is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections. We limit access to enquiries to the people who need them to respond to you.

7. Children

Our website and products are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
